Recently converted to a high standard, from a range of loose boxes, maintaining their character, the cottages comprise:

"Bruno's Lodge": twin-bedded with a comfortable bed-settee.

"Penny's Place": double-bedded.

The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and clock/radio alarms; en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, heated towel rail; sitting room with remote control colour TV, DVD player and dining area tastefully furnished in pine and cane; small well-equipped kitchen (including microwave, fridge & full sized cooker).

Both cottages are double glazed throughout and have gas cental heating.

Outside there is plenty of offroad parking and each cottage has its own garden furniture.

Prices include electricity & linen (including towels).

Well-behaved pets welcome: no charge.

A £40 non-refundable deposit is required on booking. To make an instant booking please use the PayPal link, otherwise send a confirmation e-mail and a £40 cheque made payable to F Wiles, Sinnington Common Farm, Kirkbymoorside, York YO62 6NX.
